1. Staff r terribally rude and there is no service after 6pm till next day morning 10 am, no one works in the night. When the fire alarm on, everyone is panic but no staff shows up, and no apologize afterwards. 2. Ants on the bedsheets in all rooms and very dirty towel and pillow case and no one changes it 3. The key card not open the door so we were locked out in the middle of the night and no staff come to help and same, no one apologize afterwards. 4. The room is dusty like no one cleans for years 5. No water no toilet paper and if u go down and ask from the staff, it takes u forever coz they will never respond. 6. The room you got is totally different from what they show on the website, much smaller and dimmer. 7. The location is neither close to market villa nor to the night market or the beach. 8. With the same price, you can get much better service and clean room in the condo or hotel near by. Its a nightmare....... Facilities or environment not necessarily perfect but the attitude of the staff is too bad to let this horrible experience go. Everyone and everything in that place could easily ruin ur mood for holidays, dun risk it.
